Submit a Comment - 2013 State Energy Plan "Draft Scope"
The New York State Energy Planning Board is soliciting public comments on the Draft Scope for the 2013 State Energy Plan [PDF]. The topic areas to be developed in the 2013 State Energy Plan are based on and guided by the statutory requirements specified in Article 6 of the Energy Law. Comments may address any aspect of the Draft Scope including how the Board should conduct the technical and policy analyses described in the Draft Scope as well as any additional issues that should be addressed.
