The New York State Energy Planning Board is soliciting public comments on the 2013 State Energy Plan.  The topic areas to be developed in the 2013 State Energy Plan are based on and guided by the statutory requirements specified in Article 6 of the Energy Law.

For general comments, please complete the boxes below and click submit to send your comments.  If you wish to include more information than the form can hold, please attach your comments before clicking submit or mail your comments to the address at the bottom of this page. All comments submitted will be made public and posted on the State Energy Plan website.
