2013 State Energy Plan Final Regulations

The New York State Energy Planning Board reviewed the public comments received on the Draft Regulations and adopted Final Regulations [PDF] at the October 26, 2011 Board Meeting. These regulations outline the conduct of the state energy planning process, as guided by the enabling legislation (Article 6 of the Energy Law).  The Final Regulations will also be published in issue 46 of the State Register on November 16, 2011.
