2013 State Energy Plan Final Scope
The New York State Energy Planning Board reviewed the public comments received on the Draft Scope for the 2013 State Energy Plan and adopted a Final Scope [PDF] at the October 26, 2011 Board Meeting. The topic areas to be developed in the 2013 State Energy Plan are based on and guided by the statutory requirements specified in Article 6 of the Energy Law.
